“Glenn took on a difficult drainage situation at our property that affected our house warranty. We faced a number of rectifications identified in an engineering report and he proposed a solution to each item in clear, understandable terms. We had spoken to 3 plumbers prior to Glenn and he was the only one who understood what we needed – specific actions to address the report items. Once started, Glenn demonstrated an attention to detail that we really appreciated. His work was excellent, and he documented the work he did to address each item, including photos of before and after. We are very happy to have used Better Call Plumbing.”
